Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date on which he was placed under suspension i.e, with effect from 21.9.2015 and thereafter till the suspension is revoked. ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.1804 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, who took notice for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court, dated 28.01.2016 has been complied, vide orders, dated 24.03.2016 and 09.04.2016 and he has also produced a copy of the said Orders.
