...Contemnor Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to punish the respondent herein for her deliberate and wilful disobedience of the interim order of this Court dated 18.12.2015 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in Writ Petition (MD) No.22932 of 2015.

Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).22932/2015 : To grant an order of Ad Interim orders directing the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to provisionally approve forthwith the appointment of A.Subaja as BT Assistant in English in the Petitioners school w.e.f. the date of her appointment on 01.06.2012 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards her salary with all attendant benefits, pending disposal of the WP. Prayer in WP(MD). 22932/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in A.Thi.Mu.No.5067/A3/2013 dt.9.8.2013, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of A.Subaja as BT Assistant in English in the petitioner's school w.e.f. the date of her appointment on 01.06.2012 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in Writ Petition (MD)No.22932 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, Mr.C.Selvaraj, appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
