The petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.246 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur. They filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the said C.C.No.246 of 2012 as illegal.
2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he could not contact and get instructions from the petitioner and therefore, he has reported no instructions. He has made an endorsement to that effect.
3. The endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are dismissed.
