Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant the Gratuity amount and other retiremental benefits to the petitioner by considering petitioner s representation dated 05.10.2015. ORDER

This contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor for willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.21766 of 2015 dated 07.12.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate, referring counter filed by the respondent, would submit that the entire terminal benefits was already paid. Five installments have been paid as per the order of this Court. Remaining amount of Rs.85,023/- was paid vide cheque No.009368, dated 09.06.2016, drawn in the bank of the Dindigul Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Dindigul. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition

is closed. No costs.
