Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1734/A1/2015 dated 13.11.2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to sanction incentive to the petitioner for her B.Ed degree as already given earlier.
