ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for restraining the respondents from shifting the petition mentioned bar and liquor outlet. Such a prayer cannot be granted.

2.In any event, the learned counsel for the respondents inform the Court that the bar and the shop have already been shifted and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. The matter is liable to be dismissed. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
