Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20300 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.15959 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20300 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, on 09.01.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
