..Contemnors/Respondents Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in complying the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4479 of 2015, dated 26.03.2015. Prayer in CRL OP(MD).4479/2015 :

To direct the respondent No.2 to register a case based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2015 against the proposed accused person namely C.Sandhankumar and three other identifiable persons and pass such further orders.

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 26.03.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4479 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4479 of 2015, the respondents have not registered a case based on the complaint of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent has registered a case based on the complaint of the petitioner. He would further submit that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondents are having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
