Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to forward the petitioners representation dated 23.07.2015 to the 1st respondent with a request to revoke the order of suspension of the petitioner from service by the proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.205 Public Works (E1) Department dt.31.07.2014 and consequently directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015 about revocation of suspension from service within a time framed to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This Court, by the order dated 02.02.2016, issued a direction
to the third respondent therein to forward the representation of the petitioner to the first respondent therein within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and on receipt of the said representation, the first respondent therein shall consider and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by the Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
3.The Learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Public Works Department, Chennai, disposed of the representation of the petitioner, stating that the request of the petitioner for revocation of suspension and reinstatement into service, will be considered based on the outcome of the further course of action to be pursued arising out of the case in Crime No.6 of 2014 and final orders thereon are passed by the competent authority.
4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
