This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent police to provide police protection in order to put up a fence around the property of the petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 01.12.2023, by directing the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent Court.
