ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Since there arose some disputes between the petitioners on the one hand and the private respondents on the other, the impugned restraint order came to be passed by the second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side expressed that the issues have been resolved.

4. The writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:- (I) The petitioners side shall celebrate the temple festival on 30.11.2023. (II) The private respondents are permitted to celebrate the event independently on any date in the first week of December. (III) It is agreed by both the groups that they will not interfere in the celebrations of the other.

(IV) Since the parties themselves have arrived at consensus, the 2/4

authorities shall keep away. There is no need for police bandobast. If information is received as to commission of any cognizable offence, then, the police can intervene and register the FIR and take action as per law.
