ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent police to give necessary police protection to the petitioner based on his representation, dated 01.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after receipt of summons, the petitioner has not chosen to appear before the third respondent for enquiry.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed consider the representation, dated 01.12.2022 and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
