2.The writ petitioner wants to put up a building in the petition mentioned site. It is stated that "No Objection Certificate" has to be issued by both the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and the Revenue Divisional Officer. The jurisdictional Tahsildar has already recommended the proposal. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Usilampatti is directed to undertake a field visit, dispose of the writ petitioner's application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and intimate the petitioner. It is also stated that the Deputy Director, Sriviliputhur, Megamalai Tiger Reserve has 2/4

recommended the proposal. The file is presently pending with the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF). The Principal Chief Conservator of Forests is directed to dispose of the application within a period of eight weeks and intimate the petitioner. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
