ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for speedy disposal of C.C.No.74 of 2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, for the offences 1/4

under Sections 281 and 106(i) of BNS.

2.It is seen that the alleged occurrence took place on 08.02.2025 and the respondent police have filed a final report immediately after the investigation. The petitioner's case alone cannot be singled out and there cannot be a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial of the case. 3.It is needless to mention that there are several other cases pending, which were filed prior to the filing of the final report as against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner's request cannot be considered at this stage. If there is any undue delay in the conduct of the trial, the petitioner may approach this Court at a later stage.

4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No cp 2/4
