This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 21.04.2015 passed in W.P.(MD) No.12956 of 2014.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the name of the petitioner has been included in the seniority list of candidates, seeking appointment on compassionate ground and the same was also duly intimated to the petitioner. A copy of the proceedings of the respondent dated 09.11.2016 has been produced before this Court.
