When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police has completed the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2015 and the charge sheet is made ready. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The first respondent Police is 2/4

directed to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
