PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to M.C.No.6 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy and quash the same.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash M.C.No.6 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that M.C.No.6 of 2011 has been dismissed by the trial Court due to non-appearance of the complainant/second respondent herein and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
