ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) In the present case, a notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') was issued, for which, the petitioner has submitted his objections. Thereafter, an order under Section 6 of the Act was issued, which is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2.An aggrieved person in respect of the order under Section 6 of the Act may approach the appellate authority under Section 10 of the Act. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal before the competent authority. 2/4
