The grievance of the petitioner is that to remove the unauthorized constructions which have been made in the irrigation channel in S.F.No.36/3 in Magilambadi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the unauthorized constructions which have been made in the channel in S.F.No.36/3 in Magilambadi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, were already removed.
