Varatharajan :Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to initiate necessary action against the petitioner in Crime No.1076 of 2017 consequently directing the respondents to pay adequate amount of compensation to my petitioner by considering the representation dated 19.11.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to initiate necessary action against the
petitioner in Crime No.1076 of 2017 consequently directing the respondents to pay adequate amount of compensation to my petitioner by considering the representation dated 19.11.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in Crime No.1076 of 2017, for the offence under NDPS Act and she is having illegal possession of 1.250 kgs of Ganja. The fifth respondent after completion of investigation in Crime No.1076 of 2017 and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.252 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii) of NDPS Act, on the file of the Special Court, Madurai and it is pending for trial. While being so, only to escape from the clutches of law, this Writ Petition has been filed.
3.Admittedly, the petitioner is attempted to escape form the clutches of crime committed by her. Hence, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained and the same has to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
