This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on my complaint dated 19.10.2023 and take further action.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.910 of 2023 and the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry officer.

3. In view of the above said submission, let the complaint be enquired on its own merits by summoning the petitioner and the counter parties. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The enquiry must be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
