ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondents to issue look out circular against the accused persons in Crime No.25/2018 and to lay appropriate charge sheet.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the fourth accused has obtained anticipatory bail. In so far as, Accused Nos.1 to 3 are concerned, so far no clue is available.

3. The second respondent also present before this Court and stated that their whereabouts could not be identified.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in respect of the said disputed property, documents are created in the names of the accused. The property is a vacant site.

5. Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation will be completed and final report will be filed by the third respondent within a period of three months before the concerned Court.

6. In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
