ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner on 02.12.2024 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20029 of 2024 since he had repaid substantial amount to the complainants.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during last hearing he has given names of 12 persons for whom the petitioner is liable to pay.

3. The petitioner had already paid for 8 persons and only four persons have been left. The petitioner has negotiated with those persons. Among them Sakthivel, Kannan and Rajarajan agreed to receive their money and surrender the bond but one person namely Shanmuga Sundaram refused to accept his amount Rs.1,71,149/-. According to the petitioner the maturity amount is Rs.5 lakhs but the said Shanmuga Sundaram had discontinued for certain period, therefore he is entitled only Rs.1,71,149/-

4. The petitioner is now ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.1,71,149/-to the credit of Crime number before the trial Court on 2/4

condition that the said Shanmuga Sundaram shall not withdraw the deposited amount unless he surrenders the bond.

5. In view of the same, interim bail already granted on 02.12.2024 is made absolute. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,71,149/-to the credit of Crime number 461 of 2024 before the trial Court and further directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The complainant shall withdraw the amount after depositing the original bond before the trial Court. 17.09.2025 aav To
