-No AppearanceORDER This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No. 699/A3/2017 dated 02.11.2017 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and in consequence of the same direct the 1st respondent to accept the Form No.7 filed by this petitioner on his file with regard to "Servaikaranmadam Grama Vivasaya Abiviruthi Sangam", Tuticorin District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner had placed a record of memo indicating that in spite of notice being sent to the petitioner, the petitioner has not reported to them and an acknowledgement card had also been annexed along with the said memo.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the same before the Registry.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's counsel had reported no instructions, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting the case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
