Prayer in Cont.P(MD)No.1190 of 2022:- This Contempt Petition filed Under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the the contemnor/respondent here in for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the order of this Honble Court passed in WP (MD).No.6665/2022 dated 11-04-2022.

Prayer in WP(MD)6665 OF 2022:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ Mandamus to direct the respondent to give adequate Police Protection to ensure the decree and judgment in OS.No.2/2018 on the file of District Munsif Thirumangalam dated 07.01.2019 based on petitioner representation dated 18.02.2022.

No.168 of 2022 respondent, this Court made the following order: This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the contempt proceedings due to disobedience in Cont.P.(MD)No.1190 of 2022 in W.P.(MD)No.6665 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022 and to quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per direction of this Court, the respondent completed enquiry and filed final report on 10.03.2023 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Sub Application is closed.
