ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 330 of 2012 from the second respondent to any other impartial investigating agency and file final report as per law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case was closed as 'undetectable'.
