ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.686 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024 on the file of the third respondent police to some other impartial investigating agency like CBCID.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime NO.686 of 2024 is almost over and final report will be filed within two months.
3. As investigation is Crime No.686 of 2024 is almost over and final report soon to be filed, at this stage, transfer of investigation may not be proper. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.686 of 2024 within two months.
