Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned enquiry notice of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 9601/2008/A1 dated 21.1.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein not to conduct patta enquiry in any manner relating S.No.1039/4 measuring 1.36 acres situated in Melmangalam Village, Bit-I, and Survey No.392/3 situated in Thamaraikulam Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District. This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent herein for committing contempt and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD) No.4199 of 2013 dated 22.04.2015.
