PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Memo No. 01321/103/Adm.B/B1/F.DVAC Suspension /2014, dated 24.01.2014, placing the petitioner under suspension from service, to quash the same and to direct the respondents to pass necessary orders for the petitioner's reinstatement into services.

This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order, dated 24.01.2014.

2.This Court, vide interim order, dated 12.12.2017, directed the respondents to consider afresh and pass an order. The respondents have considered and passed an order, dated 06.03.2019 and reinstated the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
