No.1259 of 2016 in W.P.(MD).No.1498 of 2016, dated 25.01.2016 and punish them according to law.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T. Assistant (History) in the 4th respondent School from the date of appointment on 23/01/2015 with payment of salary based on the proposal forwarded by the 4th respondent in letter No.04/A3/2014 dated 30/01/2015 and the resubmitted proposal dated 23/09/2015, within a time frame to be fixed this Honourable Court. It is reported by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court dated 25.01.2016, made in W.M.P.(MD).No.1259 of 2016 in W.P.(MD).No.1498 of 2016 has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 02.12.2016, issued by the District Educational Officer, Thanjavur District, in support of his contention.
