Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. All that the petitioner wants is speedy disposal of the petition mentioned representation.
3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order.
