Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to enter the correct measurement in patta No: 5088 for the land property in Survey No: 87/1A- 2 situated in Paiyur Pillaivayal Village, Sivagangai taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2015 and the subsequent representation dated 31.08.2015 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
