O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that earlier the recovery notice dated 03.12.2009 was withdrawn and a fresh recovery notice was issued on 20.08.2015 claiming higher amount of Rs.1,17,737/- instead of Rs.61,233/-. It is further submitted that pursuant to the order passed on 20.08.2015, the respondents have recovered a sum of Rs.57,416/- and in the meantime, due to the death of the petitioner and on the representation of the petitioner's wife, recovery has been stopped.

2.In view of the above facts and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
