.. Respondents Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.20615 of 2015, dated 10.03.2016.

Prayer in WP(MD). 20615/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari to calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 2710/A4/2015 dated 09.11.2015 and consequential impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 378/A1/2015 dated 13.11.2015 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Art 14. f the Constitution of India. ORDER

2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by the Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed in W.P(MD)No.20615 of 2015, a writ appeal has been filed and the same was disposed of and therefore this contempt petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The same is recorded. 4.In view of the same, this contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
