************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.09.2017 and to remove the encroachments made in S.No.272/2, 272/3 and 273 at Chitthar Chathiram (Paruthikulam) Village, described in the revenue records as Oodai, Cart-Track and rockyground respectively. 2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the survey was conducted in the presence of the petitioner and a report 2/5

has also been placed before this Court. On a perusal of the said report, it is found that no encroachments have been made on the Odai.
