ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24401 of 2015, dated 19.12.2015, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition.

2.When the matter was taken up today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that already the order passed in the criminal original petition has been complied with. The said submission is recorded.
