O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the side of the defacto complainant a direction petition was filed before this Court. Pursuant to the direction issued on that petition, the respondent has filed a final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.69 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Trichy.

2.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged.
