Prayer in WP(MD). 10527/ 2015 :

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.26/A2/2013 dated 11.06.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits .

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.10527 of 2015, dated 23.07.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order made in W.P(MD)No.10527 of 2015, dated 23.07.2015, is complied with and in support of the said submission, he produced the copy of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.26/A2/2013, dated 02.12.2016, before this Court.

3.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 02.12.2016, it is open to him to challenge the said order, if so desired.
