ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the defacto complainant in the above case has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.766 of 2023 seeking direction for filing the final report on the earlier date and this Court has directed the respondent therein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. He would further submit that subsequent to the occurrence, the petitioner has transferred the JCB and that since the second respondent 2/4

has directed the petitioner to produce the vehicle, the petitioner has come forward with the above petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
