..Respondents /Respondents Prayer:- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5731 of 2015, dated 16.04.2015. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 5731/ 2015 :

To direct the 1st respondent to conduct a further investigaiton in accordance with law under his supervision in Cr. No. 215 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a afresh charge sheet before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the flagrant violation and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.04.2015 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5731 of 2015.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5731 of 2015, the respondents have not conducted further investigation through another officer and filed charge sheet.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Peraiyur conducted further investigation and filed final report and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.174 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti. that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience and the respondents are having highest respect with this Court.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
