ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2519 of 2016 dated 12.02.2016.

2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after investigation, a case has been registered in Crime No.127 of 2016 on 26.05.2016 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent.
