Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- To enlarge the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in P.R.C.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 394, 302, 120(b) r/w 34 of IPC in in P.R.C.No.14 of 2014 in Crime No.597 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case in P.R.C is of the year 2014. The non bailable warrant was issued on 25.10.2024. There are totally seven accused persons in this case and the petitioner is A7.

3.Considering the above, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court and file a petition to recall the non bail warrant. Except giving this clarity, no further orders is passed in this petition. 4.In the result, this criminal original petition stands dismissed in the above terms.
