Respondents 1 to 3 Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in MP.2 of 2014 in W.P.(MD)No. 10750 of 2014, dated 27.01.2016.

Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2014 in WP(MD).10750/2014 : Petition filed to pass an order of Ad interim direction, directing the Respondents to grant temporary approval for the petitioner s appointment as B.T Assistant (History) in the 4th respondent school from 13.12.2011 pending disposal of the above WP.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No. 2135/Aa4/14 dated 05.06.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the petitioner s appointment as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for willfully and deliberately committing contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.10750 of 2014, dated 27.01.2016.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Recording the statement of learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
