Contemnor/Respondent Prayer: This contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 26.11.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21335 of 2015. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 21335/ 2015 : To direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.10.2015 over the accused on the supervision of 1st respondent.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 26.11.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21335 of 2015.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after the orders were passed by this Court, an FIR has been registered and the same was also closed as mistake of fact and therefore, this Contempt Petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his liberty in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that petitioner is at liberty to question the closure report before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law after receipt of the closure report. No costs.
