: Respondents Prayer: This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1971, to punish the respondents for committing contempt for the wilful disobedience of the Order in W.P.(MD) No.20354 of 2015, dated 20.11.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the full current wages and other consequential benefits including increments to the petitioner in terms of the Award of the labour court passed in I.D.No. 152 of 2003 dated 30.11.2007 and in the light of the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in W.P. 4579/ 13 dated 02.04.2013.
