Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle the wages for the Non-Employment period of petitioners husband and also to sanction family pension from 24.08.2013 and also other retirement benefits including surrender leave salary, contribution to institute of Road Transport, Social Security Scheme benefit, Employees Retirement Benefit Scheme and also to provide Compassionate Appointment to the petitioners Son A.Jerone Selvakumar in terms of Rule 19 (B) (1) of the Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation pension Fund Rule and in the light of the Judgment of this Honble Court reported in 2012 (4) LLN 436 Madras .

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ The petitioner's husband was employed in the respondent corporation. He passed away. The respondents have settled the

terminal benefits payable to the petitioner. However, the pension is yet to be paid.

2.Therefore, the respondents are directed to send necessary proposal to the pension trust within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such proposal, the pension trust is directed to settle the pension payable to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3.This Contempt Petition is disposed of with the above directions. Liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition, if the pension amount is not disbursed, within a period of two weeks. No costs.
