This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the proceedings of FIR in Crime No.115/2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner/A11.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the case in Crime No.115 of 2021 has been closed as action dropped.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
