Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the petitioners services as part time Sweeper and water Carrier at Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruppalaikudi, Ramanathapuram district and thereby direct them to grant all service and monetary benifits to hil on the basis of his representation dated 28/06/2015.

ORDER

This Court, by the order dated 31.07.2015, issued a direction to the respondents, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.06.2015, if not already disposed of, and pass appropriate orders on the same and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by the Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that already the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with and the respondents have considered the representation of the petitioner and passed an order stating that the claim for full time appointment cannot be considered, vide proceedings in Moo.Moo.No.4159/A1/2015, dated 19.11.2015.

4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
