Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, direct the respondents to pay all the benefit of revision of grade pay, encashment of earned leave and all other benefits payable to the petitioner with the accrued interest within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble court.

ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22029 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015.

2.Heard Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by producing a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.246/eph-; 2(3)/ 2015, dated 09.06.2016 passed by the Joint Director of Social Welfare Officer (Admin.,), Chennai, dated 09.06.2016 submitted that the pay of the petitioner was already revised and the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent herein.
