This Court, by order dated 28.09.2015, in W.P.(MD).No.14489 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.07.2015 within a period of two weeks. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent, by producing the proceedings of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.541/2014/A4, dated 06.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
